As a Pastor I naturally collect information and share it with others in a meaningful way. I approached money like that. Learn, apply and improve.

My first attempt at the stock market, for example, put me in need and not luxury. I didn't make money I lost money. I thought I was learning from good people who had my interests in mind but what I found was people just selling me something.

I've also had a business that failed and I had to close it. I felt the pain of letting down my wife and my friends. Not only that. I didn't have a future financially and my mistakes then put others in a tough spot. Living with my own failures is hard enough but adding in others who were depending upon me was overwhelming.

Now with my family and friends we work together to go beyond being rich to living in luxury. Historically, luxury means decadence and lavish waste. O.K. but we have redefined it for us. Luxury is living better and we define what better means. I don't know about you but defining life around the things that you want, like;

having less stress, traveling to where you want and giving to others as you want - makes me a whole lot happier.

We talk more. We plan things out together and we enjoy each other. For us better means giving a whole lot. What is your better? Let me know. Send me an email with your story.
